基于USB接口的测硫仪设计

摘    要:设计了基于USB接口的测硫仪,重点对智能控制器中的电解电流控制模块、炉温控制模块和数据采集模块进行了介绍。利用热电偶实现炉温的测量,采用具有USB接口的微处理器完成测量过程的控制和数据传输任务,并设计了高精度的信号放大和数据采集电路来保证仪器的性能,同时还对测试结果进行了精度分析。结果表明,仪器的测量精度满足国家标准。

Abstract:Sulfur determination device based on Universal Serial Bus interface was designed. The electrolytic current control module, furnace temperature control module and data acquisition module in intelligent controller were introduced with emphasis. Thermocouple was used to measure the furnace temperature, Microprocessor with USB interface was adopted to achieve measurement course control and data transmission. Signal amplifier as well as data acquisition circuit with high accuracy was designed to guarantee the performance of the device. Analysis result indicates the measurement accuracy of the sulfur determination device satisfies national standard.
