| 摘 要： | 分析了洛阳电网能量管理系统(EMS)的设计思想、系统体系结构、主要功能及技术特点,描述了系统运行后对电网安全、经济运行产生的效果,给出了在建设实施及应用电网能量管理系统中的体会和应注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | This Article analyses the design philosophy,architecture,primary functions and technical characters of Luoyang power grid energy management system. Then it describes the effect in safe and economical operation and the experience during execution. Some cases while building the energy management system are pointed out. |
