摘    要:电力客户服务中心是今天电力营销服务建设的热点,本文结合洛阳供电公司客户服务中心系统的开发,介绍了系统的软硬件方案,阐述了服务中心系统在营销服务工作中调度指挥的定位,客户服务系统的运行是电力优质服务工作走向常规化的必然选择。

Abstract:The power customer service center has been a hot issue in developing the power marketing service. Based on the development of customer service center in Luoyang Power Supply Company,this paper deals with the software and hardware designing of the system and interprets the commanding role of the service center in power marketing service. In order to reach the goal of standardization of high-quality power service,it is the inevitable to carry out the customer service center system.
