摘    要:渗/漏气现象是气动机构断路器常见的一种缺陷,易造成机构打压频繁、补压时间延长以及空压机磨损,严重时影响开关分合闸速度,甚至被迫停运等不良后果。传统的渗/漏气检测方法存在判断不准确、易受场地限制等问题。本文首次提出"注(SF6)气法"排查气动机构的渗/漏气现象。现场实际应用表明,该"注(SF6)气法"操作方便、定位准确,适宜推广采用。

Abstract:The phenomena of air leaks is fault of circuit breaker with pneumatic operating mechanism,which often causes frequent striking of mechanism or prolonging the time of pressure compensation to result in air compressor wearing away more quickly.Under serious conditions,it affects the moving speed of switching brake and causes bad result such as halt working of the whole operating mechanism.The traditional methods in diagnosing of air leaks have several disadvantages such as lower accuracy or limitation by working condition.In this paper,air leaks problem of pneumatic operating mechanism was diagnosed through the method of transfusion air(SF6) in the first time.Through practical application,this method shows several advantages such as easily operating and precise locating,and would be extensive adoption.
