冶金水资源集中管理调度系统的开发与应用

摘    要:针对济钢水系统采集范围广、区域多而分散,泵站控制器种类较多、连接复杂等问题,通过采用增加对新水、软水及环水管网的流量和压力的检测点,增设多个RTU控制器,建立多个现场级数据采集、通讯子站等,开发了水资源集中管理调度系统,实现了水系统的数据采集、调度与管理、决策与优化、报警等功能,达到了水资源集中管理及调度一体化。

Abstract:In order to resolve the problems existed in Jinan Steel' s water source system such as wide collection range, more and dispersive areas, the more kinds of pump station controller and complex connection, through increasing check points for the flow and pressure of new water, soft water and circulating water pipe networks, setting some RTU controlle~ and building some data collection of field level and communication stations, the centralized management and dispatching system for water resources was developed. It realized many functions, such as the data collection, dispatching and management, decision and optimization, and alarm of water system, and achieved centralized management and dispatching integration of the water sources.
