摘    要:在热天平上对自制的ZnFe2O4脱硫剂进行了再生工艺研究,考察了再生温度、O2浓度对ZnFe2O4脱硫剂再生性能的影响;进行了多次硫化、再生循环实验,并与加入玻璃粉的样品进行了比较。结果表明,700℃下氧含量2.0%(vol)时再生可以获得良好的再生率和二次硫化反应活性;玻璃粉的少量加入,会改善脱硫剂长期使用的稳定性,但反应活性有所下降。

Abstract:Behavior of regeneration of ZnFe2O4 desulfurizers was investigated by using the thermogravimetric balance. Effects of regeneration temperature, O2 and H2O concentration on regeneration reactivity of ZnFe2O4 desulfurizers were studied. In addition, the multi-cycle experiments of sulfidation and regeneration reaction were operated and the reactivity of ZnFe2O4 desulfurizers was compared with the samples containing glass powder. The results shown that, the condition of 2.0%(vol) O2 concentration and regeneration temperature of 700oC was favorable for second-cycle sulfidation reactivity and in this case perfect regeneration ratio could also be obtained. The regeneration at higher concentration of the oxygen and lower temperature would form sulfate easily, which decreased the activity and the efficiency of desulfurizer. The glass powder was added to the desulfurizer in order to overcome the pulverization of desulfurizers. The addition of glass powder would decrease the reactivity of ZnFe2O4 desulfurizers, however stability of ZnFe2O4 desulfurizers could be strengthened in the repeated operation process by adding glass powder.
