城市轨道交通隧道双护盾TBM施工适应性研究

摘    要:双护盾TBM施工具有速度快、安全性高等优点,已成为山岭隧道建设的重要选择。通过对已建的双护盾TBM隧道调研得到了双护盾TBM施工中常见的问题,并结合青岛地铁2号线提出了基于地质适应性、线路适应性、周边环境适应性的双护盾TBM城市轨道交通隧道适应性分析方法。研究得出了以下结论:采用双护盾TBM施工的隧道多为特长、深埋隧道,施工过程中受高地应力和地下水影响,经常发生卡机、涌水、渗水等灾害;和山岭隧道相比,城市轨道交通隧道采用双护盾TBM施工时灾害发生率更低且处治措施更为灵活;双护盾TBM施工技术在城市轨道交通隧道建设中具有速度快、对环境影响小的优点;针对施工过程中出现的回填层质量较差和TBM过站与车站施工协调难度大的新问题提出了设置止浆环和曲线过站的处治方式。

Abstract:The construction method of double shield TBM has the advantage of high speed and high security that become one of mountain tunnel construction choice. Through the study of double shield TBM tunnel, the research found general problems in double shield TBM tunnel. Relied on the project of Qingdao Metro Line 2, this paper analyzes the construction adaptability of double shield TBM in urban rail at the aspects of geological and construction economy. The research finds the conclusions: The double shield TBM tunnel are specialty and deep buried tunnel that jamming and watering in the construction process affected by the high in-situ stress and groundwater. Based on the research of geological adaptability and economic efficiency of lines, the advantages of double shield TBM applied in urban rail transit tunnel are better than mountain tunnel. The construction method of Double shield TBM has the advantage of high speed and low impact of surrounding. The paper gives the method of stopping slurry ring and cross the station by curve. This method improves the quality of backfill layer and coordinate the TBM station and the station construction.
