汽车继电器燃弧时间分析

摘    要:燃弧时间是影响电弧能量的一个非常重要的参数.电弧的燃烧会造成触头熔焊、侵蚀等失效现象,进而影响继电器的工作可靠性和电寿命.分析了电流、电源电压、电路电感、触头材料和分断速度等是如何影响燃弧时间的,指出电流与燃弧时间之间呈指数或线性关系,分断速度与燃弧时间之间表现为负指数或倒数关系.

Abstract:The are duration is one of the most important parameters influencing are energy. Arcing can result in the contacts failures, such as contact welding and erosion, which affect the reliability and lifetime of relay. The contributing factors, such as circuit current, power voltage, circuit inductance, contact material and opening speed how to affect are duration were analyzed. And it was pointed out that the functional relation between the current and are duration may be in exponential or linearity, the opening speed and are duration may be in negative exponential or reciprocal forms.
