Design of Injection Mold for Three-way Straight Pipe

The technological characteristics of the spare parts of three-way straight plastics pipe are analyzed, putting stress on the characteristics of the products by gating injection mould with side core pulling mechanism. The structure of the injection mould, the design plan of the gate and the working course of the mould are introduced. To ensure appearance quality for the product, the relationship of appearance quality requests with gate location and de-moulding ways was handled comprehensively, resulted in simple structure of mould, the lower cost of manufacture and higher efficiency of production. The structure of the whole injection mold was characterized by compaction.
