管道焊接机器人交互控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对管道焊接机器人设计了一个双处理器的参数调节、实时控制功能的交互式控制系统.其中包括以PIC为控制核心,由中文液晶显示模块、覆膜键盘和专家系统等组成的遥控盒系统;以DSP为核心,控制焊接机器人各电机、电焊机的控制箱系统.给出了系统的硬件构成和软件设计方案,讨论了实现过程中的关键技术.实际试用表明此系统具有焊接精度高、操作便利、人机交互界面友好的特点.

Abstract:A dual processor interactive control system with functions of welding parameter regulation and real-time control is designed and implemented for pipe welding robots. This system includes a remote control interface system based on PIC with Chinese character LCM and rectorial keyboard, and a control box system based on DSP for the control of motors and inverters on welding robots. The hardware organization and software design of the system are given in this paper. The testing results show that this system has advantages of high precision in welding, convenience in operation and friendly man-machine interactive interface.
