基于FGPA的无刷电机控制器的设计与实现

摘    要:研制一种以FPGA为核心、适用于多种直流电机的控制器。由单片FPGA完成电机驱动波形发生、闭环控制运算和上位机通信功能。该控制器既可以独立进行电机调速,也可以配合上位机进行控制,在实时性和抗干扰性能方面优于MCU/DSP控制器。该控制器的软核可以在不同硬件平台间移植,更换不同档次的器件即可工作于辐射、高温和严寒等特殊环境中。

Design and Implement of DC Motor Controller with FPGA
Abstract:A FPGA-based controller is developed for various DC motors. The single FPGA chip implements the PWM wave generation, closed velocity loop, and communication with upper-controller. The controller can work independently or cooperate with upper-controller for driving DC motors. The performances of the controller are better than those of conventional controllers based on MCU/DSP in real time controlling and anti-jamming. Its soft IP core is easy to transplant between different hardware platforms. If we select appropriate level devices, this controller can be applied to some special fields, such as radioactivity, very high or low temperature.
