新型金属间化合物MgB2超导材料

摘    要:2000年10月日本科学家发现了新型金属间化合物MgB2超导体,其超导转变温度Tc为39K,在非铜氧化物块状超导体中最高,具有广阔应用前景,MgB2的发现立即使其成为当前超导研究的新热点.本文侧重从材料角度论述MgB2的晶体结构、应用上的优点和主要制造方法.

Abstract:Novel intermetallic compound MgB2 superconductor was discovered by Japanese scientists in october of 2000. Its superconductive transition temperature, Tc , is 39K, which is the highest among non-copper-oxide bulk superconductors. The novel superconductor, MgB2 , can open up vast vistas for application. At present, it becomes cutting edge and hot topics for superconductivity research. Here, we lay particular emphasis on the crystal structure, advantages for application and main methods of manufacture of MgB2.
