高压静电场非线性电路数值模型分析及信号仿真

摘    要:由于高压静电场本体回路具有明显的非线性特性,这使得传统面向线性电路系统的分析方法不适用于分析高压静电场主回路.通过电路分时等效特性分析,本文利用了高压静电场工作过程三阶段线性特点建立主回路的非线性系统数值模型,并应用Duhamel积分原理建立高压静电场输出电压信号离散化模型.仿真实验结果表明,本系统数值模型与仿真方法能正确模拟出高压静电场二次侧电压信号完整工作过程中的时域变化特点,具有一定的科学性和新颖性.

Abstract:As a result of nonlinear characteristic of High Voltage Electrostatic Field (HVEF),traditional analysis method is not suitable for the main circuit of HVEE A nonlinear system numerical model,which is composed of three linear stages in the working process,is introduced together with analysis of time division for equivalent circuit of HVEF.With the application of Duhamel integration,a discretization method for applied voltage signal is also presented in this paper.With the use of this method,characteristic in time domain of the applied voltage signal in the whole working process of HVEF can be simulated precisely.The simulation results show that both the numerical model and the simulation method is effective and precise.
