摘    要:对高浓度含砷、铊的黄金冶炼酸性废水进行了氧化-二段混凝沉淀-絮凝处理研究,考察了氧化剂、混凝剂用量和pH值对去除效果的影响。最佳工艺参数为:30%H2O21.5 g/L、FeSO4·7H2O 4.5 g/L、FeCl33.75 mg/L、PAM 15.625 mg/L,pH=6~7。在最佳工艺条件下,砷浓度从298 mg/L降至0.013 2 mg/L,铊浓度从9μg/L降至0.021 9μg/L。处理后废水中砷浓度可达到GB3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》III类标准,铊浓度可达到GB5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》。

Experimental Research on Upgrading the Acid Wastewater from the Gold Smelting

Abstract:The acid wastewater produced by gold smelting was treated with oxidation -two stage coagulating sedimentation -flocculation process, the influences of oxidant amount, coagulant amount and pH value on the removal of arsenic and thallium were analyzed. The result showed the optimal conditions were 30% H2O2 1.5 g/L, FeSO4· 7H2O 4.5 g/L, FeCl3 3.75 mg/L, PAM 15. 625 mg/L and pH 6 - 7. With the above conditions, the arsenic concentration decreased from 298 mg/L to 0. 013 2 rag/L, and thallium decreased from 9 μg/L to 0. 021 9 μg/L. The arsenic and thallium concentration remained in the treated water reached Grade HI requirement of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water ( GB3838 - 2002), and Standards for Drinking Water Quality ( GB5749 - 2006 ), respectively.
