摘 要: | 对对乙酰氨基酚进行处方前研究,为设计优良的处方奠定基础。研究表明,对乙酰氨基酚的熔点为168.93℃,在30~270℃间其失重为98.66%,其结构为不规则的块状结晶,而且吸湿性很小,且其溶液和固态稳定性良好。采用HPLC分析对乙酰氨基酚在浓度3.0~200.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9999)。样品的回收率为99.33%~101.33%,其RSD小于0.96%,该方法测定对乙酰氨基酚的检测限为1.103 5μg/mL。本文为建立体外分析方法,以及进一步的处方研究工作打下基础。

Abstract: | The pre - formulation of acetaminophen was studied in order to design the good prescription. Research showed that the acetaminophen melting point was 168.93 ℃. In 30 - 270℃, its weightlessness was 98.66%. Its structure for irregular massive crystallization, and hygroscopic was small. Based on HPLC method, the linear range of acetaminophen were 3.0 -200.0 μg/mL(R2 =0. 9999), the recovery was 99.33% - 101.33% (RSD 〈0.96% ), and the detection limit was 1. 103 5μg/mL. It laid the foundation to set up for in vitro analysis method and further research work. |
