摘    要:红外光谱法具有高效、快速、成本低、无损且无污染等优点。为准确、快速地获得粗甘油的甘油含量信息,进而快速鉴定粗甘油品质。本文利用水平衰减全反射法和标准曲线法建立了甘油中丙三醇含量的红外定量的工作曲线,并通过特殊手段进行校正。实验表明,与传统化学法比较,该法可以作为粗甘油品质指标快速检测,为进出口粗甘油的快速检验提供条件。

Fast Detection of Index of Quality in Crude Glycerin by FTIR

Abstract:Infrared spectroscopy analytical method was efficient, rapid, environmental friendly and noninvasive, which can be run at low costs for accurately and quickly, and obtained the quantitative information of glycerol content in crude glycerin and rapid determination of index of quality in crude glycerin. Collecting glycerol content in glycerin sample spectrogram, with special method, the proposed approach can be a valid aherative for detection of index of quality in crude glycerin.
