| 摘 要： | 介绍了用于尾气处理的Highsulf新工艺,它可采用MDEA作为选择性吸收溶剂,只需略微重新调整管道路径,从而使SRU进料气质量明显改善,且不会产生运行成本。适于气体处理或炼油行业的改造或新建项目,并有可能在页岩气处理方面得到应用。

| Abstract: | The new process Highsulf for tail gas treating was introduced, in which generic MDEA was used as a selective solvent, and a minor rerouting of piping was needed to achieve a remarkable increase in sulphur recovery unit feed quality with no operating cost. The process was adapted to grassroots or retrofitting unit in gas treating and refineries, and it was possible applied in shale gas processing. |
