| Abstract: | Gelatin has good outlook when used as paper-making strength additive because of its fine properties. In this paper, firstly, the properties and preparation of gelatin were introduced. Then, the appication of gelatin and its modified products as paper-making strength additives was introduced particularly; and we make an expectation of the development of gelatin lastly. |
