定间隙间歇送进电解加工的工艺特性分析

摘    要:电解加工是一种特殊的制造技术,在制造业中有着广泛的应用。但加工精度不高是它的主要弱点。定间隙间歇送进电解加工提高电解加工加工精度的一种有效方法。分析了它的间隙特性,导出了有关的加工间隙的计算公式。采用试验建模的方法,建立了综合精度评价指标与数之间的定量表达式。分析了加工参数对加工精度的影响。

Abstract:Electrochemical machining is one of non-conventional machining technology and is widely used in manufacturing. But the machining accuracy is not so good so that the applications are limited. ECM with fixed gap in intermittent feed can be used as an effective means to improve the machining accuracy. In this paper , the characteristics of electrode gap of ECM with fixed gap in intermmittent feed is studied and the fomulas of electrode gap are analysed. By the way of modeling,the relation between process parameters and accuracy evaluation criterion has been estabished. The influence of process parameters on the machining accuracy has been disscussed.
