锻造工艺对Ti-6321合金棒材显微组织与力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了不同锻造工艺对Ti-6321合金棒材组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ti-6321合金棒材经常规锻造后为等轴组织,经近β锻造后为双态组织,经β锻造后为网篮组织;双态组织不仅具有与等轴组织和网篮组织相当的强度和塑性,而且冲击韧性可达到850 kJ/m2以上,明显高于等轴组织和网篮组织。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of Ti -6321 alloy with three typical microstructures, i. e. equiaxed, basketweave and duplex mierostructure have been investigated in this paper. The result shows that the strength and plasticity of Ti -6321 alloy with duplex microstructure are equal to those of equiaxed mierostrueture, but the impact toughness of the former is much higher than that of equiaxed and basketweave microstructure.
