便携式甲烷浓度红外探测器的设计与实现

摘    要:针对已有检测设备体积大、成本高、要常校准、携带不便的缺陷,设计了便携式甲烷浓度红外探测器。利用甲烷气体在3.3μm波长处对红外光有很大吸收峰这一特性,选用C8051F040单片机对探测器探测的甲烷吸收前后红外光信号进行数据采集、处理和浓度显示,并在超过浓度上限启动声光报警。整个系统体积小、成本低、不需校准、容易操作,能够方便地对甲烷浓度进行检测,是一种实用的设计方案。

Abstract:Aimed at limitation of big cubage, high cost, and adjust problems exist in cheek- measure equipment, the paper designs a portable methane' s ehroma infrared-detector. Using methane' s idiosyncrasy of big infrared-light absorb value where 3.3urn wavelength, the system ehooses C805 IF040 MCU to collect, deal with infrared-light signals detected by light-detector when before and after pass methane, and show methane-chroma. If the methane' s ehroma accessed the threshold, the system would started sound and light alarm. The whole system has less cubage, cheaper cost, no-adjust and easily operate, can convenient deteet methane-ehroma, and is a practical design scheme.
