人力资本区域差异形成因素分析

摘    要:通过比较分析区域人力资本的数量存量和质量存量,指出我国人力资本的区域差异显著,且和经济发展水平相一致。通过建立影响人力资本区域差异的指标体系,运用主成分分析法,经过量化分析,指出增量投入因子、经济发展水平因子和系统环境因子是造成我国地区间人力资本差异显著的主要因素。

Abstract:This paper makes a comparative analysis on the quality storage and quantity storage, pointing out that the regional differences of human capital in China is great and consistent with local economic development. Meanwhile, the paper construct an index system to evaluate the factors affecting the regional differences of human capital, then, uses an analytic approach of main compositions to find that there are three factors involved which are incremental input, level of economic development, and system environment.
