摘    要:油田含砂污水的固液处理一般采用水力旋流分离器.为降低分离成本和提高分离效果,对固液分离设备--水力旋流分离器的优化设计进行了探讨.文章介绍了优化设计的基础计算依据、计算方法、结构参数和数学模型.实际应用表明,在集输系统密闭除砂装置中使用优化的旋流除砂器,不但除砂效率高,分离粒度细,而且生产工艺先进,设备结构紧凑,运行费用低.

Abstract:Hydraulic cyclone separators are commonly used in solid-fluid handling of the polluted water with sand in oil fields. In order to reduce costs and enhance separation efficiency, optimized design of hydraulic cyclone separators used in solid-fluid separation has been discussed. The article describes calculation principles, methods, structure parameters and mathematical models in optimized design. Actual applications show that when optimized cyclone desanders are used in closed desander equipments of collection transportation system, not only a high desandering efficiency and fine particles in separation, but also advanced technique in production, tight structure and low costs.
