| 摘 要： | 所研制的全自动ＣＮＣ镗削活塞销孔专用机床可以实现工件的自动上、下料和自动定位、夹紧，并且在一次安装、不停机、不换工位的情况下，高效地完成活塞销孔的镗孔、镗外口、切挡圈槽、倒内角和倒外角。该机床已在上海活塞厂投入生产，并取得了良好的加工效果。

| Abstract: | The full automatic CNC machine developed in this paper for boring piston pin hole can load and unload,locate and clamp pistons automatically.In the case of once installing,no stopping and no changing location,it can bore hole and oral area,cut piston ring slot and chamfer interior and exterior angle efficiently.The machine has been put into production in Shanghai piston factory and satisfactory machining results are achieved. |
