PET/PTT共混体系的非等温结晶动力学研究

摘    要:采用DSC方法研究了PET/PTT共混体系的非等温结晶动力学,研究发现:PET/PTT共混体系各样品的结晶峰温度和半结晶时间t1/2随着冷却速率的提高而下降;结晶动力学常数Zc随着冷却速率的提高而增加,表明共混体系的结晶速率随着冷却速率的提高而增大;Zc随着PTT含量的增加而逐渐减小,在其含量达40% ̄50%时出现了最小值。

Abstract:The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PET/PTT blends were studied by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The study showed that the value of Tc(the temperature corresponding to the exothermic peak) and the half-time of crystallization (t1/2) decreased with the cooling rate increasing, the kinetic constant of crystallization(Z c) increased with the cooling rate increasing. It was also found that the crystallization rate of the blends increased with the cooling rate increasing. Zc decreased gradually with the content of PTT increasing, and appeared the minimum value while the content of PTT was from 40 to 50 percent.
