摘    要:研究并开发出一种以EPS为主要原料的无煤粉型砂粘结剂,实验表明乳化改性后的EPS水溶液性能优良.以EPS为基料,添加Ca(OH)2粉末,吹CO2气体可得到高效气硬树脂砂.该粘结剂无酚、醛、硫、氮等有害物,具有溃散性好,强度高、抗吸湿性好,铸件内腔光洁等优点,具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:By taking EPS emulsion as main raw material, a new casting binder of non-coal molding sand was developed. EPS water-borne property by modification is fine, and available for the casting binder. The water-borne with Ca(OH)_2 powder addition by blowing CO_2 gas can get high efficiency gas-hardened resin sand. This binder has no phenol, aldehyde, sulphur, nitrogen, and has good collapsibility quality, high strength, good water-resistance, a smooth casting surface, and a wide application prospect so that it is suitable for (popularizing).
