聚乙烯中空纤维膜紫外光接枝改性研究

摘    要:采用紫外光接枝聚合对聚乙烯中空纤维膜表面进行接枝改性,利用红外光谱鉴定了接枝产物,接枝率随辐照时间延长而增加,随引发剂浓度和单体浓度增加先上升而后下降;纯水通量随着接枝率增加先上升,当接枝率达到17%左右后,纯水通量随接枝率增加而下降.

Research on ultraviolet radiation graft modification of polyethylene hollow fiber membrane

Abstract:Surface graft modification of polyethylene hollow fiber membrane was carried out by ultraviolet radiation graft polymerization. The grafted product was tested by FTIR spectra. The grafting degree increase with the increase of irradiation time, and increase with the increase of initiator concentration and monomer concentration, and then decrease with the increase of concentration. The pure water flux increase with the increase of the grafting degree, and then decrease with the increase of the grafting degree after the grafting degree reaches about 17%.
