采用MX107实现的循环定时开关控制电路

摘    要:在工厂企业和人们的日常生活中,经常遇到对2台生产设备或家用电器进行循环定时开关控制的需求,采用高性能CMOS工艺制作的专用定时器件MX107,可以再触发单稳态多谐振荡器74LS122产生重触发脉冲,MX107输出的定时信号通过光电隔离器驱动双向晶闸管以控制用电设备电源的通断,实现了具有连锁保护功能的2路循环定时开关控制电路,通过调节MX107的外接滑阻阻值大小,可随意设定定时时间,从几分钟到几十小时,电路结构简单,调整方便,工作安全可靠,具有广泛的应用性.

Abstract:In the engineering and social life,the demand is often encountered on the two production equipments or appliances to cycle timing switch control.MX107 is used as a fixed timing component manufactured by the high performance CMOS craft,and re-trigger pulses are produced by re-triggered monostable multivibrator 74LS122.The timing signal of the MX107 through photoisolator drives TRIAC to control electrical equipment power on-off,so circuit of the two groups cycle timing switch control circuit is realized with interlock protection function.Through adjusting number of resistance met outside MX107,the timing-time can be established at will.From several minutes to several dozens hours,circuit structure is simple and conveniently adjusted,works safe and reliable,so the circuit has the widespread application.
