摘    要:利用失效分析的方法 ,分析了沧州炼油厂催化油浆蒸汽发生器壳体开裂的原因 ,得出壳体开裂是由于硫的应力腐蚀造成的结论 ,并提出了壳体制造时要进行焊后消除应力热处理的预防措施

Abstract:The failure analysis of the cracking of slurry oil steam generator shell concluded that the sulfide stress corrosion was the culprit. Post weld heat treatment to relieve the stress in the fabrication of the shell was suggested to prevent the cracking.
