| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一新型转塔刀架的结构。它结构简单,造价低廉。更重要的是这种转塔刀架从理论上消除了传统转塔刀架所存在的迥转误差,从而提高了整个刀架的迥转定位精度.特别适用于开环简易数控机床。本文对这种新型转塔刀架从理论上以及可行性方面进行了分析,认为这是一种可行的机床辅助设备。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a new kind of turret. Its struture is simple and its price inexpensive, and what's more, this kind of turret can completely eliminate the turning error which a traditional turret can not avoid. Thus it can greatly increase the accuracy of the turning position setting of the whole turret. Therefore,it can find its particular application in simple NC. This paper gives a brief analysis to both the theory and the application of the turret, which is considered a feasible supporting equipment of a machine. |
