A MODIFICATION PROPOSAL OF THE STATIC PRESSURE SYSTEM IN T6916B BORING-MILLING MACHINES,A LARGE-SIZED EQUIPMENT

In T6916B boring-milling machines,a large-sized equipment,which were manufactured in a machine tool manufacturer Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant before 1990 in China,2~3 times of exceeded current are always occurred during its upright posts running（in X axis direction） in the years of use,which in turn makes the driving motor of its lower slide seat damaged from time to time and also makes the static pressure of its lower slide seat out of regulation,therefore how to solve the problem is a key step to bring the machines into failure-free operation and good function and then good results can be obtained by modifying the regulation structure of the throttle valve in its originally designed static pressure system and changing the structure into the speed regulating valve rails with constant and static pressure.
