| 摘 要： | 锯机在成品钢管生产及加工中占据着重要的位置,是不可缺的设备之一,本文阐述了LINSINGERKSA1600L型钢管锯机组成及工艺流程,就进口设备的国产化改造提出了创新性方案,并对锯机夹持机构的电气改造进行了重点说明。改造后设备结构简单,能适应现场恶劣的环境,更易于维护,节约了备件成本,设备稳定性得到进一步提高。

| Abstract: | Saw in the finished steel production and processing occupies an important position,one of the devices is essential to explain the type of steel saw LINSINGER KSA1600L composition and process to transform the localization of imported equipment and innovative solutions put forward, Saw holding mecha- nism and the electrical transformation was highlighted. Modified device structure is simple, able to adapt to harsh field environment, but also easy to maintain, saving the cost of spare parts, equipment, stability is further improved. |
