钢渣处理工艺的技术特点与选择应用

摘    要:从钢渣的性质入手,论述钢渣的主要性质、利用途径、利用条件和发展方向,围绕几种主要钢渣处理工艺的实施过程、技术特点展开分析,详细比较各种工艺的优缺点,并获得钢渣处理工艺的发展轨迹.结合钢渣处理工艺的特点及各自的适用条件,推导出不同物态钢渣处理的最佳工艺或最佳工艺组合,以期为钢铁企业选择合理的钢渣处理工艺提供一定的指导.

Abstract:The properties and utilization ways,utilization conditions of steel slag were discussed.The technical characteristic,the merits and demerits of different treatment processes were analyzed,and development track of steel slag treatment process also be gained.Accordingly,this article infers that the optimum process or process combination of steel slag treatment is granulation with pyrolyzation,and pyrolyzation process is the best choice for solid steel slag treatment,in order to provide some guidance for steel enterprises to select steel slag treatment process.
