从氰渣中回收金的浮选试验研究

摘    要:某金矿堆存的氰渣金品位为3~5 g/t,有极高再回收价值,进行了从氰渣中浮选回收金的试验研究。试验结果表明:氰渣中部分金赋存于氧化矿物中,且硫化矿氧化严重,单独使用硫化矿类捕收剂,金回收率低,采用新型氧化矿捕收剂XJD-10与丁黄药配合使用则能显著提高金的浮选指标。在磨矿细度为-200目占95%,用硫酸铜做活化剂,两种捕收剂复合使用,经一次粗选、两次精选、四次扫选浮选流程闭路试验,可获得金品位为104.69 g/t金精矿,回收率为84.13%。

Abstract:The gold grade in the cyanide residue is 3~5 g/t in a certain gold mine,which is of great recovery value.Floatation experiments are carried out to recover gold from it.The experimental results show that part of gold bears in oxidized ore and the oxidization level of sulphide ore is high.As a result,with only sulfide collecting agents,the recovery rate of gold is low.The compound of oxidized ore collecting agent XJD-10 and butyl xanthate can obviously enhance the floatation indices.With milling fineness-200 mesh 95 %,copper sulfate as activator,two collecting agent compounding,once rough floatation,twice cleaning floatation and quartic scavenging floatation closeup test,the gold concentrate grade is 104.69 g/t and the gold recovery rate is 84.13 %.
