大型轧机机架残余应力的测定

摘    要:二重集团公司整体铸造的GS-20Mn5V大型轧机机架,重约400t。铸件清理时发现裂纹,必须进行焊补和焊后整体消应。为确定焊补工艺和了解机架消应前后残余应力的实际分布状态,找出高应力区的位置,对工艺评定试板和机架在消应前后的残余应力进行了测定,解决了大型铸造轧机机架残余应力测定的难题。

Abstract:The heavy duty mill housing casting made of GS -20MnSV, weighted 400t, in which the cracks were found during the casting cleaning, in this ease the repair welding must be performed as well as the entire stress relieving. In order to define the repair welding process and know the actual distribution status of the residual stress before and after stress relieving to find out the location of high stress area, the measurement for the residual stress of the mill housing before and after the stress relieving as well as the technological qualification test plate have been performed, which solved the difficulties for the measurement of the residual stress of the heavy duty mill housing.
