Design of Simulation Platform for Power Market Based on HLA

Chinese power market is becoming formed gradually.There are many problems should be solved urgently.Power market simulation is a good platform for researching these problems.A simulation platform of power market based on HLA is provided in this paper,which uses the existing Internet network and constructs a power market simulation platform only by software.That can avoid repeated constructing of hardware,and has strong economic value and practicability.The attributes and characters of the nine main SOM of the platform are described,and the system frame of this platform is brought forward.Moreover,the advantages of using HLA in the platform are also discussed.This platform can be used to research the behavior of every power network actors under power market running and provides available help for finding and solving the possible problems of power market running,establishes more reasonable power market rules and protects the interest of every company and customer.
