| 摘 要： | 本文通过调查分析了湖南省高等教育的现状，认为存在以下主要问题：湖南省高等教育供给和需求的距离比较大，缺乏综合实力强大的名牌大学，学生入学和分配之间的关系存在矛盾，教师资源的利用和大学管理的效力不高，等等。文章人学校布局、管理体制、教师管理、学生管理4个方面讨论这些问题，并提出了解决问题的建议。

| Abstract: | The main problems of higher education of Hunan province is:the gap between suply and demand of higher education is rather large,there is not famous university,there is contradiction between entrance and job assignment on graduation,the use of teacher's resource and administration is inefficient,and so on .Many proposititions are put forward. |
