| 摘 要： | 本文分析了反射式光强调制型光纤位移位感器输出信号双值的物理机制，在实验上，引入传感器输出峰值电压的监控信号，以甄别传感器的输出信号是上升沿还是下降沿所对应的位移量，使这类光纤传感器的实用成为可能。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses physical mechanism of the dualvalue signal of the reflection intensity modulated optical fiber displacement sensor. We have introduced monitoring signal of sensor output peak voltage in the experiment, which we can discriminate output voltage corresponds to the smaller displacement value or to the bigger one. It makes it possible to apply this kind sensors of in practice. |
