摘    要:在研究套管钻井套管柱与井壁接触压力的基础上,根据中国套管钻井先导性试验工艺参数确定了接触压力范围,用MM型材料磨损试验机对J55钢级套管与典型岩石(砂岩、花岗岩)的滑动磨损情况进行试验研究,所用介质分别是自来水、自来水加润滑剂、钻井液和钻井液加润滑剂.得到了一系列磨损规律和试验回归方程,为预测套管钻井完钻后套管柱的抗挤、抗拉、抗内压强度特性和剩余寿命等奠定了数据基础.

Abstract:On the basis of researching the contact force between casing strings and bore wall while casing drilling, the contact force scope is calculated under the test conditions used by China pilot casing drilling program. The tests are performed with MM mode wear test equipment to study the sliding wear on grade J55 casing exerted by typical rocks(sandstone, granites), four kinds of mediums are employed, including fresh water, fresh water added lubricant, mud, and mud added lubricant. A series of wear laws and regression equations are developed from the tests, and they lay mathematical foundations for predicting casing mechanical features of collapse, tension, burst and remain life after drilling operation.
