贵溪冶炼厂三期扩产工程决策思路和建设方案

江西铜业公司贵溪冶炼厂是中国第一座采用闪速熔炼技术的铜冶炼工厂。在国家产业结构调整 ,鼓励和扶持工艺技术先进、装备水平高、经济效益好的大中型企业的背景下 ,面对近年来不断进步的闪速熔炼技术给铜冶炼工厂的进一步发展带来的新机遇 ,谋划采用新技术 ,挖掘既有设备的潜力 ,以最小的投资对既有工厂装备的改造扩产 ,既是国内外形势的需要 ,也是贵溪冶炼厂自身生存发展的必然。本文分析了贵溪冶炼厂的实际和外部环境 ,介绍了贵溪冶炼厂由 2 0万吨铜 /年生产能力提升到 4 5万吨铜 /年的扩产改造的基本思路、改造原则和主要内容。

INTRODUCTION OF THE PHASE Ⅲ EXPANSION PROJECT OF GUIXI SMELTER

Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Company is a first copper smelting plant to adopt the flash smelting technology in China. With China's policy of encouraging and supporting larger and medium-sized enterprises which are equipped with up-to-date technology and equipment and good economic benefits, the continuous innovative flash smelting technology has brought new opportunities for the development of our copper smelter. In this expansion project, adopting the new technology and tapping the potentialities of existing equipment and increasing maximum copper concentrate smelting capacity with minimum investment, is not only the need of internal and external situation, but also the necessity of Guixi Smelter' self survival and development.This article has analyzed the actual practice and external environment of Guixi Smelter and described the basic idea, principal and main content of the expansion project of Guixi Smelter from 200,000 tons/year to 450,000 tons/year.
