企业劳动关系测评与景气指标体系的研究

摘    要:企业劳动关系定量评估模型包括两个指标体系:一是企业劳动关系测评指标体系,其包括6个二级指标和26个三级指标体系,可对企业劳动关系的现状作定量评估;二是企业劳动关系景气指标体系,其包括5个指标,可对企业劳动关系的未来发展趋势作定量评估.

Abstract:This paper studied the model of the quantitative appraisal of the relationship between employees and employers in enterprise consists of two index systems. One is the evaluation index system of the relationship including 6 indexes of second rank and 26 indexes of third rank, which can be used to quantitatively appraise the static of the relationship. The other is the prosperity index system of the relationship, including 5 indexes, which can be used to quantitatively appraise the tendency of the development of the relationship in the future.
