| 摘 要： | 采用力学性能试验、化学分析和金相分析等方法对 4. 8mm螺旋肋钢丝发生脆断及力学性能不合格的原因进行分析,认为 4. 8mm螺旋肋钢丝脆断的主要原因是原料中存在中心碳偏析;力学性能不合格的主要原因是线材生产时冷却速度慢,造成索氏体化率偏低。

| Abstract: | By means of mechanical performance trials,chemical analysis and metallographical examination as well as other methods to analyze the cause of brittle fracture and incompetent mechanical performance of 4.8mm helix rib steel wire. The result shows that the cause of brittle fracture is carbon segregation in raw material center, incompetent mechanical performance is due to lower sorbitic formation rate led by slow cooling speed in raw material production. |
