摘    要:随着节能减排要求的不断提高,有机钼添加剂因优异的摩擦学性能在润滑剂中得到广泛应用。回顾了油溶性有机钼添加剂的发展历史,综述了硫磷型有机钼添加剂改善摩擦学性能的作用机理,总结了非活性有机钼添加剂的研究现状,分析了目前有机钼添加剂的最新研究热点,最后展望了有机钼添加剂的研究前景。

Abstract:With the increasing demand of energy conserving and emission reducing,organo-molybdenum com-pounds have been widely used as friction modifier additives because of the excellent tribological performance.In this paper,the development histories of oil-soluble organo-molybdenum additives are reviewed.The mechanisms of organo-molybdenum additives with sulfur and phosphorus are introduced.The research status of sulfur-free and phosphorus-free organo-molybdenum additives are concluded.Furthermore,the recent research hotspots of organo-molybdenum are analyzed.Finally,the prospect of organic molybdenum additives is pointed out.
