摘    要:介绍了高性能的C8051F020单片机实现实时数据采集的软、硬件设计。利用单片机内部的可编程控制的放大器将信号进行初步处理,再用C8051F020已经封装的一个12位的100 kHz的逐次逼近型ADC(A/D转换器)进行数据采集;然后将所采集的数据从单片机的UART口经过CP2101进行电平转换,再由USB接口传输到微机系统进行显示与分析,同时系统采用USB供电。最后给出了ADC采集单片机内部集成的温度传感器信号以证实系统的可靠性与稳定性。

Abstract:This paper describes how to realize a real-time data acquisition system based on powerful MCU C8051F020,and its design of hardware and software.The original signal will be amplified by a internal unit PGA(programmable control amplifier), and than will be processed by the 100 ksps successive close ADC.The final data will be transmitted to a PC through a bridge CP2101 which can pass data form UART to USB interface.In order to display and analyze the signal and the USB supplies power to the system.Finally,the system uses ADC to acquire signal which is from temperature sensor,for the sake of substantiating the reliability and stability of the system.
