摘    要:对市售的膨化食品、鲜、干水产品、豆制品采用微波仪消解,在电感耦合等离子体质谱仪上采用钪(Sc)作为内标元素对其中铝含量进行直接定量分析.方法前处理简便,测量快速、灵敏、准确.方法检出限为0.3 mg/kg ,相对标准偏差<3 % ,加标回收率在85 %~104 %.

Abstract:The determination of Aluminium in foods with microwave digestion-inductivly coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS) were introduced in this paper,using the scandium(Sc) as internal standard.This method was simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.The determination limit was 0.3 mg/kg,the recovery rate of standand addition was 85 %~104 % and the relative standard deviation was less than 3 %.
