| 摘 要： | 阐述了期刊对政治、经济、化和科技发展的重要作用。针对目前期刊利用率不高的情况，围绕着“怎样做好期刊信息资源的开发利用”进行了讨论，重点提出了以拓宽服务内容、挖掘过剩资源、提高期刊管理人员素质来促进期刊献的开发利用。
