| 摘 要： | 从环保角度,考虑不同出行距离区间的居民对出行方式选择的差异,以居民出行时耗之和最小为优化目标,确定城市某时期的小汽车容量。将该方法应用于辽源市,其计算结果验证了模型的有效性和实用价值,为大城市制订小汽车管理办法和编制综合交通规划提供依据。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on environmental protection,determines the capacity of urban cars in a period by taking into account residents' different choices of trip modes on different distance and a minimum of travel time as the optimization goals.The method has been applied to Liaoyuan City and the calculated result proves that the model is valid and has actual reference value,which will provide a basis for the car management and Comprehensive Traffic Planning of the city. |
