| 摘 要： | H．264／AVC是ITU制定的一种新的视频压缩编码标准，同时也是MPEG-4的第十部分。本文主要通过对HRD的两种模型的介绍，指出H．264的GHRD能够极大地提高比特流传输的灵活性。

| Abstract: | The Joint Video Team(JVT) of ISO/IEC MPEG and ITU-T VCEG have established a new standard for the coding of natural video images. The new standard is known as H.264 and MPEG-4 Part 10.In this paper, we point that GHRD adds significant flexibility to the transmission of the bit stream. |
