摘    要:针对薄板坯连铸低碳铝镇静钢结晶器液位波动的问题,从现场操作、工艺优化、设备维护等方面对造成液位波动的原因及影响因素进行了分析。在此基础上采取了相应的措施,使浇铸过程中结晶器液位波动到了很好的控制,满足了生产需求。

Abstract:In light of the problem of mould level fluctuation in continuously casting the low carbon Al-killed steels the origin and factors causing the mould level fluctuation such as the on-site operation,process optimization and equipment maintenance are analyzed and thereupon appropriate counter-measures are adopted.As the results the problem of level fluctuation in the process of continuous casting is well controlled and the production demand basically met as well.
