| 摘 要： | 分析了输送乳化炸药基质螺杆泵联轴器同轴度误差与安全性的关系,回顾了同轴度的常规检验方法和影响误差因素,研究运用双表组合测量法对乳化炸药螺杆泵联轴器同轴度进行检验,总结出建立检验系统和处理数据的方法,并给出螺杆泵联轴器的最大偏移量与轴的转速、联轴器的类型及2个半联轴器间距之间的经验关系,弥补无此国家标准的缺陷。实践表明,该方法简单实用,对于提高校验精度和炸药设备安全性具有重要的意义。
